The Lab Dryer is a Niro 2.5ft diameter that features:

• Stainless steel construction
• Electric heat
• Cyclone Collector System
• Maximum inlet temperature of 350°C (660°F)
• Maximum outlet temperature of 120°C (250°F)
• Evaporation rate at a 460°F Delta T is 15lbs H2O/hour = approximately 1/2 oz H2)/hour/degree Delta T F°
• Wheel atomization with top speed of 42,000 RPM.

The 10 ft. Niro dryer features:

• Stainless steel construction with 60° cone
• Direct fired on natural gas
• Single point collection that utilizes a Mikro pulse air dust collector containing 50 filter bags that are each 8 ft. long
• Wheel atomization with top speed of 15,000 RPMs
• 1000 gallon feed tank that utilizes a Moyno pump to feed material to the wheel
• All parts in contact with material are constructed of stainless steel
• Two Honeywell Indicating Controllers that regulate the Moyno pump or gas burner valve
• Final materials can be packaged in valve pack bags, mini bulk bags or drums
• Maximum inlet temperature of 1000° F
• Maximum outlet temperature of 250° F
• Evaporation rate of 1 lb. of water/hour per degree F Delta T

The 16 ft. Bowen Dryer features:

• Stainless steel construction with 60° cone
• Direct fired on natural gas
• Single point collection system that utilizes two cyclone collectors followed by a wet scrubber
• Wheel atomization top speed of 18,000 RPMs
• 10,000 gallon stainless steel feed tank that utilizes Moyno pump to feed material to the wheel
• All parts in contact with material are constructed of stainless steel
• Two Honeywell Indicating Controllers that regulate the Moyno pump and gas burner valve
• Final materials can be packaged in valve bags, mini bulk bags, or drums
• Maximum inlet temperature of 600° F
• Maximum outlet temperature of 300° F
• Evaporation rate of 10 lbs of water/hour per degrees F Delta T

Our equipment consists of a mild steel ribbon blender, with spraying capability for oil incorporation, which will accommodate up to 6,000 lb batches, then packaging to your specifications. A pre-blending or post-blending operation can be set up in series with grinding or spray drying, according to your needs.

We are capable of blending products following grinding.

CinChemPro has the capacity for processing a wide variety of friable materials in hammer mills, reducing materials from large chunks to products of less than 100 microns. Our crushing and grinding operation includes blenders, dust collectors, and packaging equipment.

A Rotap Screen is used off-line for verification of particle sizes.

CinChemPro offers custom repackaging for single occasion or ongoing projects. We accept material in bulk bags, steel or fiber drums and 25 lb or 50 lb. bags. Repackaging options include bulk bags, steel or fiber drums, Gaylord boxes and 25 lb or 50 lb bags.
