- Single point collection system that utilizes two cyclone collectors followed by a wet scrubber
- Wheel atomization top speed of 18,000 RPMs
- 10,000 gallon stainless steel feed tank that utilizes Moyno pump to feed material to the wheel
- All parts in contact with material are constructed of stainless steel
- Two Honeywell Indicating Controllers that regulate the Moyno pump and gas burner valve
- Final materials can be packaged in valve bags, mini bulk bags, or drums
- Maximum inlet temperature of 600° F
- Maximum outlet temperature of 300° F
- Evaporation rate of 10 lbs of water/hour per degrees F Delta T
